If you’re ADHD and constantly fighting yourself to focus on “important” things, you’re not lazy. You’re not undisciplined.
You’re using the wrong operating system.

Find your thing. The movement that makes you forget you’re exercising. The activity where your brain finally feels at home.
For me, it’s cycling.
I’d finally found a type of exercise that worked FOR ME. And I loved it.
Lets talk about how difficult it can be to obtain ADHD medication, even 4 years after diagnosis…
