Neurodiversity Training for Teams and Organisations

The world of work is changing. Neurodivergent staff are at every level of businesses, and yet most workplaces are still running on legacy systems that weren’t designed to accommodate, recognise or celebrate differences. I deliver expert-led training that gives your managers and teams the knowledge, language, and practical tools to lead with confidence and create workplaces where everyone can perform at their best.

Because undersupported neurodiversity in your business is untapped performance potential.

Mark Francis, The Uspire Partnership
We asked Alan to lead one of our Webinar series centred around the untapped performance potential of neurodivergence - and he absolutely delivered. As 1in 5 people on our planet are neurodivergent, we need inspirational voices like Alan’s leading the conversation. His experience as an ADHD coach informs his true passion for this subject - he should be the go-to for anyone looking to inspire their team on this topic.
Shaun Cremins, Capstone
Alan delivered Mental Health First Aid training for myself and a client, and the experience was exceptional. Alan has a unique ability to take complex, sensitive subjects and deliver them in a way that is both accessible and deeply thought-provoking. It wasn’t just a training course; it was a shift in perspective. I can’t recommend Alan highly enough for any organisation looking to prioritise mental health with a trainer who truly understands the human element.
