Are you a qualified ADHD coach?

Yes. I take what I do seriously and as of August 2025, I have completed 94 hours of ADHD coach training to ICF (International Coaching Federation) PCC standards and hold an ICF Level 1 ADHD Informed Coaching qualification from Gold Mind Academy in the UK. I am a full-time ADHD coach & ICF member, hold a level 2 Mental Health First Aid qualification, comprehensive business insurance and adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.

What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with any adult looking to understand and harness the way their unique minds work. My background in the performance and creative industries coupled with my work and partnerships in the sport & exercise sectors means a lot of my clients come from backgrounds where performance of any kind is a key part of their lives – however I love working with clients who are committed to getting the best out of themselves.
What’s the difference between Coaching, Mentoring and Therapy?
Coaching is a forward looking, positive and proactive partnership. I’ll first help you understand how your Big, Brilliant Brain works and how to make your spiky skills profile work for you. But coaching done right isn’t about me telling you how to get things done (that’s mentoring) or looking into your past to make sense of the present (hello, therapy)… I’m going to help you achieve clarity on who you are now, and coach you into placing the best version of yourself centre stage in a way that’s positive, sustainable and works with your existing strengths.
How much does ADHD coaching cost?

If you’re ready to start making a difference to your life and truly value the insights and benefits that coaching can bring, you’ll know whether it is a price you can afford. To discuss my costs, packages and to find out more about how coaching can be the change that makes a difference, book a discovery call.

In the UK the Government’s Access to Work scheme can provide funding for ADHD coaching.

I also hold a pro-bono coaching space for clients that may not otherwise be able to afford my service. My wait list is currently full into 2026, however if you would like to be considered for a place, please contact me via the form on this page.

Do you offer ADHD Diagnostic services?

No, however you can find more information on paths towards diagnosis and some additional helpful advice in this interview with Clinical Psychologist Dr. Fleur-Michelle Coiffait

I have another question!
